In my practice, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and begin to feel like yourself again. I work with clients to navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, addiction, and life transitions.
My approach is strength-based and collaborative, where we identify your strengths and resources and build an individualized plan to foster your abilities to cope, manage, and flourish, enabling you to achieve more of your goals. As you make progress from week to week, you will become more independent and more confident in your self-sufficiency.
In my practice, I utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions — including EMDR, ART, CBT, and CPT — to support healing, resilience, and self-understanding. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counselling.

Vivian Steele, Registered Psychologist utilizes a strength-based approach to help people address their concerns, such as depression, anxiety, relational/marital stress, trauma, grief, addiction, substance abuse, and eating disorders. To families, we offer expertise in the areas of parenting, transitioning through divorce, coping with the adoption process, developmental difficulties, academic problems, AD/HD, and child and adolescent behavioral issues.
